全球氣候變化導致極端干旱和強降水事件頻發(fā)，干旱地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)變得尤為脆弱。與此同時，北方城市的洪澇災害也日益頻繁。為促進水資源可持續(xù)利用、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護、防洪減災等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的國際學術交流，推動基于大數(shù)據(jù)的可持續(xù)水環(huán)境與城市道路洪水預警系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?？沙掷m(xù)水環(huán)境模擬與管理團隊于2023年8月5日決定邀請國外知名專家學者進行學術討論。

Global climate change has led to extreme drought and heavy rainfall events, and ecosystems in dry areas have become particularly vulnerable. Meanwhile, flooding has become more frequent in northern cities. In order to promote international academic exchanges on development strategies for sustainable use of water resources, ecological environment protection and flood control, promote the development of sustainable water environment and urban road flood warning system based on big data. Sustainable water Environment simulation and management team decided to invite foreign well-known experts and scholars for academic discussion on August 5,2023.
